There are several meals planned throughout the week. Below you will find a schedule with the meal times and the main course listed.

University of the Ozarks  - In addition to the main course, there will be an alternative selection offered at each meal, such as pizza or hamburgers. There will also be a salad bar, dessert bar, fountain drink station, tea and coffee offered at each meal.  The ladies’ lunch and men’s breakfast will also be located here.  The cost of these meals will be $5 per person with children 5 and under eating free.

There are lots of things to do here, including a petting zoo, games, and a train ride.  The younger children will love this place! We will be serving a BBQ lunch while at the farm.  There will be no charge for this meal, but please make reservations so we will have an accurate count.

Dorm Accommodations

We will have on-campus dorms available for those who want to stay close to the campus and the week’s activities.  These units are located across the street from the building where we will be holding our services and having our meals.  We will have access to two different facilities:

MacLean Residence Hall – This will be reserved for Our Teenagers and their parents. This is a traditional style college dorm and can hold up to 147 people. Most rooms will hold two people.  These rooms have two twin beds separated by a small common area.  There are also a few single rooms available, but they are very limited. We will be housing boys and girls on different levels, with adults staying on a level in between.  There are two large bathrooms on every floor.  We will have access to all the bathrooms on each floor (4 floors total).  Each floor has a formal common lounge with a kitchen and the basement has a rec room with ping-pong, foosball, etc. Common areas, including bathrooms, will be cleaned by the staff during the week.   There is a laundry facility in the basement available as well.

Please note the following:

-          This is an older facility.  It was built in 1927 and has been remodeled many times, but is not as “modern” as new campus dormitories.

-          There will be no chaperones, so parents will be responsible for their teenagers.

Apartment Complex – These will be reserved for our older brothers/sisters and for younger families. These units are newer and have two levels.  These have more of a “home like” environment.  We have access to three units and each unit has a max capacity of 20 people.  These units will be booked on a first come, first serve basis.  Each apartment unit has four wings.  Each wing features two double rooms that share a “Jack and Jill” bathroom and two single rooms that share one single bathroom.  There is a common area on each floor that has a kitchen with two microwaves, two large refrigerators and dishwasher.   There are also free laundry facilities in these buildings.  Please state when you are making your reservations if you are unable to navigate stairs so that we can accommodate you with a ground floor room.

Cost – $18 per person/per night at both buildings. Children 5 and under are free.

Other information – The University will be providing shower curtains, a trash can in each bathroom, and toilet paper in all dorms.  You will be responsible for bringing your own bedding, towels and any kitchen supplies such as coffee makers, etc.  The University also has linens available for $3 per person, including bedding and towels.

Reservations – To make dorm, meal, and t-shirt reservations, you may email Daniel and Tera Reeves at tkreeves15@yahoo.com or by phone at 479-214-4597. The reservation deadline is June 1st.
