REMINDERS!

We just want to remind everyone about some important dates and events coming up!

Lodging: We need your dorm reservations by June 1st if you are staying on campus.  We also need to know who you would like to room with if you are sharing, as well as the exact nights you will be staying.

Meals: We need to know which meals you are planning to eat and how many will be eating by June 1st.  Keep in mind that children 5 and under eat free, but please make a reservation for them and state their age.  We need to be able to give the university an accurate head count for each meal.

T-shirts: If you would like a to order a t-shirt, please do so by June 1st.  T-shirts will be handed out at the beginning of the meeting.

Bacchus Farms: If your family is planning to attend this fun day at Bacchus Farms, please make a reservation so we can get a head count.  We will be heading out to Bacchus Farms after services on July 4th for lunch and a day of fellowship.

Haw Creek Falls: Please let us know if you are planning to attend the hike to Haw Creek Falls on Thursday. We will be providing a box lunch and drinks for any who are going on the trip, so we need a head count to make sure there is plenty.

Sing-On: The Sing-On is scheduled for Saturday afternoon. We hope everyone is forming groups, choosing songs, and practicing up for the Sing-On! This event has been entertaining the last few years and we are looking forward to hearing more groups this year.

Pancake Supper:  Also, please let us know if you will be attending the pancake supper Saturday evening.  This should be a lot of fun!
